We took our family day early this week and visited some very dear friends on Monday.  The boys had so much fun together!

Long Beach Memorial is holding a blood drive  Friday September 14 from 8:30-4pm  All community donors will receive one movie pass!!!  For info call The blood donor center at 562-933-0808.  Walk-ins are welcome Their usual hours are Mon.Wed. Fri. 8:30am-4pm

So many have asked how they can help. If you want to donate directly to Bela she is O+, but otherwise you can donate in her honor. This would be appreciated. Also she gets platelets transfused more than anything so if you want to go the extra mile, you could donate those.

Bela had another excellent day. She smiled more than ever, probably because I forgot the camara! She was awake from 10:30-4 when I left but not fussy at all.   She did get her MRI today but the results won't be available till tomorrow.
