Our good friend Eydee, Bela's other grandma, met Bela Thursday. |
Good times with cousins Stacey and Bailey |
She loves holding hands with Bailey |
She loves her cousin Seth |
...and he loves her. |
Playing with Bobby |
PUMPED for the Getty Malibu! |
My proper son, as if he's getting a professional picture taken. |
This was yesterday, Friday the 14th |
It was beautiful, and not as hot as most of LA. At the end of the day the fire in the Sepulveda pass started, and there was a large billow of smoke behind those hills. |
BOO YA!! |
My handsome boys |
In the "family room" where kids and adults alike could put on costumes and stand in front of a projector to make shadows. |
There was this board and pots too that we could draw on with dry erase markers. |
Then we headed further north to Pepperdine to see the beautiful display of flags, one for each person who died on 9/11 in the terrorist attacks, including flags from other countries. |
Guatemalan flag with two Chapines |
Then we went back home and played at the beach for a bit. |
And then mom and dad Brisco visited for awhile. |
Today we got another visit from the fam. Bela really loves Bailey. |
...and Stacey. She was sooo smiley today and talking. She is doing very well. We're just waiting now for the liver and bone marrow biopsies next week. |
