Amber, I think I put too much yeast! This is after I added the water to disolve it and let it sit 10 minutes.
I laughed and thought of you when I "punched" it down. HAHA!
anywho, while I was in the States and had lots of help with Santi and a lot more time and resources, I never cooked!!! I don't know what happened. But here I am again starting to bake more. This was the beginning of my french baguette.
