Last Sunday Beto and I invited over some friends for his homemade pizza and Bob and Kathy brought mango ice cream, also home made (you can see Bob there mixing it by hand). It was a lot of fun and we thank God for the good friends He´s given us here. In the middle of dinner the lights went out but everybody stayed and talked. Prasie God for good friends and good times!
Pizza and ice cream - Yes! But mango ice cream??? I've had mango frozen yogurt and didn't much care for it. But you had something even better ... good friends.

Mango ice cream...weird I know, but there are sooo many mangoes here people get really creative. Last year I tried to make a Mango cobbler and it turned into a Mango "crumbler", but it was delicious. And yes, Bev, the table is new. We bought really really cheap from the pastor who recently went to Kentucky. He and his brother made it by hand out of mahogany. We love it! Praise God!
